This solution that provides the functionality to
provide Covid-19 pre-screening and necessary
reporting requirements for larger organisations.
The system is comprised of the following modules:
Employee On-Site Screen
CFS HEALTHSCAN manages daily pre-screening of
employees to ascertain whether they have any of
the observable symptoms associated with Covid-19.
CFS HEALTHSCAN enables you to track the health of
your employees and provide a safe working environment
that is without risks to their health.
Employees receive and complete a daily risk assessment before leaving for work using their mobile phones. If they pass the assessment, the system issues a daily access pass.
Employees show this when they access the workplace. At the same time, or later in the day, each staff member’s temperature will be taken, and can be entered into the system. If high, the system will alert HR, and the employee will be requested to leave.
Employees who fail the self-assessment receive a yellow or red notice to not come to work or to undergo a secondary screening, and internal HR is notified in both cases. The specific company’s COVID protocol can then be followed.
EMPLOYEE ON-SITE SCREEN
Employees register and receive a CFS HEALTHSCAN ID that will be scanned daily.
Employees show this CFS HEALTHSCAN ID when they access the workplace. The risk assessment will be done, the temperature taken, and both will be entered into the system. If high, the system will alert HR, and the employee will be requested to leave.

VISITOR SCREENING MODULE
This module handles onsite visitor screening and keeps a record of all visitors who have visited the workplace.
Visitors can be pre-screened and can be sent a link to complete a risk assessment prior to visiting the workplace. In this case, the system will issue a pass that confirms that they have completed the risk assessment.
The Admin Console makes it easy to access all tools available in CFS HEALTHSCAN, including accessing registering employees, accessing reports, dashboards, and clearing blocked employees
CFS HEALTHSCAN is an enterprise pre-screening solution. Employees are pre-screened at home and receive a daily pre-clearance to speed entry into the workplace

The daily screening survey can include updated messages to employees concerning risks or other related information.
Although targeting COVID, the system could also be used to screen for other diseases such as TB or could be changed to monitor staff sentiment post-COVID. In this case, the email frequency could be reduced to weekly or monthly.
Contractors who might visit the premises for a defined period of time can similarly be sent a link to register their details, and for how long they need a pass. The system will then send them a daily request to complete the risk assessment survey for the duration of their contract.
The system will allow for onsite visitors to complete the survey using their phones, or tablet/computer at reception.
